Job Description :

Conducting outgoing calls to prospective customers.Understand customer requirements.Record customer personal information accurately in a computer system.Presenting our projects in a structured professional way face to face.Conducting Meetings with Potential buyersFinalizing Buying Process and coordinating with DevelopersConducting outgoing calls to prospective customers.Ability to planning and organizing Projects’ database (Hard-copy and Soft-copy) to ensure sales opportunity maximization.Developing a full understanding of the business and real estate market-place.Negotiating contracts with clients and developers.Organizing on-site sales visits.Attending and representing Property Hub in exhibitions, conferences and meetings.

Job Requirements :
