We’re currently looking for a Property Consultant to join our team.
As a property consultant, you will provide professional guidance and expertise to clients seeking assistance with their real estate needs. You will be a trusted advisor, helping clients make informed decisions regarding property investments, sales, leasing, and property management. Your primary focus will be to offer exceptional customer service, ensure client satisfaction, and contribute to the organization’s overall success.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals.
- Act as a point of contact and trusted advisor for clients throughout their real estate journey.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on market trends, property analysis, and client objectives.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings, showcasing the unique features and benefits to prospective buyers or tenants.
- Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to property transactions.
- Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline.
- Initiate sales as well as marketing activities, including cold calls, e-mails, online postings, and face-to-face meetings, designed to identify and engage prospective new customers.
- Negotiate deals and contracts with buyers and sellers.
- Understand client requirements and present several options to buyers for a property search to shortlist properties and finalize the deal.
- Intermediate negotiation processes of sale, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Research and compare similar properties in the area to determine a competitive market price.
- Create and maintain lists of leasing properties, providing accurate and detailed information on their location, features, and square footage.
- Utilize intermediate-level negotiation skills during lease processes, guiding clients on market conditions, pricing, legal requirements, and other pertinent factors to guarantee transparent and equitable transactions.

Qualifications & requirements:

- Proactive in seeking out new learning opportunities, with a natural ability to pick up new skills and knowledge quickly.
- Keep abreast of real estate market developments and industry best practices;
- Able to communicate effectively and confidently persuade others, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in using real estate software, CRM systems, and other industry-related tools.
- Positive attitude, ambitious and self-motivated.
Arabic, English, Russian, Spanish, German, French and Chinese Speakers are welcome to apply.
Candidates must be inside the UAE for an in-person interview.
This role is on a commission basis only (Attractive Commission Structure)
