The incumbent is responsible for the comprehensive management of project activities, encompassing the creation, maintenance, and timely updating of project plans to accurately reflect progress. This includes clear articulation and diligent tracking of activity timelines. The incumbent facilitates effective coordination between engineering consultants, site supervision, and contractors to ensure efficient resource allocation and utilization, both internal and external, towards the attainment of high-quality deliverables within specified timeframes. Furthermore, the incumbent proactively communicates any modifications to the project plan and timelines, identifies and addresses potential risks and issues, and proposes viable solutions to maintain adherence to budgetary constraints and projected completion dates. The incumbent actively monitors emerging risks and issues, collaborating closely with project teams and management to provide technical support and facilitate resolution. Collaboration with design, project controls, and engineering teams is integral to address technical challenges. The incumbent is responsible for upholding stringent health and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring full compliance with all applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
