Project Manager – Low-Code Automation

Purpose:
Manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of technology projects while building and overseeing low-code automation solutions. This role combines project management expertise with technical capability to streamline processes and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Define project scope, objectives, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and regular status reports.

Low-Code Automation & Data Tools

• Build and manage automation workflows using platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Apps, and Power BI.
• At least two of these skills with proven track record are mandatory.
• Training will be provided for the remaining platforms if a clear willingness and interest in the field is demonstrated.
• Integrate APIs and various data sources into automation workflows.
• Identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency.
• Collaboration
• Work closely with developers, designers, and business teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Liaise with clients or internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide updates.
