Maintaining active communication with key account managers to ensure a clear understanding of the applied frameworks, content, and strategies in the context of each projectMonitoring closely and simultaneously the progress of multiple projects with analytical and critical insights for evaluation and adjustment whenever neededPreparing in-depth, scope-driven documents to include functional designs, features, minimum viable products, accurate estimations of timeframes, deliverables, etc.Effectively organizing tasks and following up with concerned stakeholders to ensure the prompt delivery of projectsCoordinating between concerned stakeholders and team members to ensure the advancement of progress while meeting quality standardsGenerating a true impact on the overall performance of the team to encourage development and achieve results with quality standardsSetting priorities and assigning tasksReviewing and evaluating the outcomes and quality of completed projectsAssisting in the identification of the project scope, allocating resources, and task objectivesExperience in project managementCapacity to employ project management toolsCapacity to employ tracking tools for mega projects
Job Requirements :
Basic QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in any relevant field3–5 years of experience at leastFluency in the English language is a mustProfessional flexibility is necessary to meet dynamic business needsAbility to work in virtual teams and matrix environmentFamiliarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and policies governing information provisionSound negotiation and leadership skillsDemonstrated ability to confidently interact with external expertsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsTeam orientation and the ability to work closely with cross-functional partnersPreferred QualificationsPrior experience working in the fields of marketing, project management, or advertisementArtistic or creative skills are a core value
