Job Description :
Assist and monitor of financial transactions (disbursement of payments – follow-up of payments) of the intermediaries.Follow-up with the regional offices to implement disbursement plans in accordance with the annual action plan Enter the parameters of the intermediaries and tranches’ disbursement in electronic system.Ensure that expenditure data is entered into the automated unified reporting systemFollow the compliance to the parameters of each agreement on the electronic system (ABC)Review the end borrowers’ data on the automated unified system and ensure that customers and their data are not duplicated.Follow-up with regional offices to avoid repeated internal audit remarks.Assist in reviewing and analyzing the monthly reports received from the intermediaries.Prepare complete files for each projectSave soft ,hard and electronic copy for each MF project Coordinate with the various sectors internally and follow-up of the progress of paymentsParticipate in studying the delayed projects individually and negotiate with intermediates NGO, / MFI’s and Microfinance companies to return the lending activity to its normal course and reschedule in coordination with the credit risk sector for presentation to the relevant committeesParticipate in preparing periodic reports on cases of delay and provide various solutionsCoordinate with the credit follow-up management to follow up on the payment of intermediaries in cases of rescheduling
Job Requirements :
Fresh graduateObtaining a university degree in accounting or business administration.A specialized certificate is preferred.Communication skillsGood observation skills and discovery of errors and differences.Good appearance.Use the computer efficientlyThe ability to work under pressure and take responsibility.Application of work methods and procedures.Collection and classification of information, and accuracy in the performance of work.The ability to communicate with others andEnglish language (reading and writing)
