Job Description
Based in Riyadh and reporting to the Service Operations Manager KSA, the job holder will handle the project execution in Saudi Arabia to ensure the successful completion of dormakaba direct contracting projects within the agreed cost, time, and quality standards. He/she will be responsible for all resources, materials, and equipment from the start until the end of the project. The job holder will be interfacing with customers and delivering maximum standards of efficiency, customer satisfaction, stakeholder management, and resource optimization.
What you can expect
o Supervise projects assigned by the line manager of existing customers and new business prospects through project management tools, attending technical meetings, and aligning between customers’ goals and dormakaba delivery
o Ensure that excellent customer service is provided in the respective area of responsibility and that all customer complaints and queries are handled efficiently, effectively, and professionally through various means of communication
o Perform site visits, manage installation schedules, manage third-party installers or dormakaba in-house installation team
o Manage and maintain the quality on-site, receive a handover from third-party subcontractors, and perform handover to our clients
o Manage risk and risk analysis prior to project execution through analysis of contracts & timelines
o Identifies risks throughout the project execution phase
o Make sure payments are conducted as per project terms
o Identifies and manages variations and manages overall project net profit
o Review shop drawings as required, and perform full technical submittals
o Manage all resources, materials, and equipment required for each project to deliver the project effectively and efficiently
o Liaises and provides updates/answers to contractors, architects, consultants, and owners during key phases of the project
o Collaborate with other dormakaba teams to consistently improve workflow processes & procedures to achieve the best possible lean option
o Manage handover documentation, snag listing, and warranty documentation by coordinating with dormakaba service team
o Frequent travel to job sites to discuss issues with partners and to attend site meetings to make sure execution is on track
o Provide solutions with the best combination of products, services, logistics, and support in variations occurring in projects
Skills
What we expect
o Bachelor’s degree holder in Engineering is required, preferably in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
o A minimum of 5 years experience in a B2B project environment with an excellent track record in delivering increasingly complex customer projects.
o Significant knowledge of Access Solutions door hardware, automatic doors, and glass systems is an added advantage
o Project management qualification is an added advantage
o Excellent customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
o A demonstrated capability to meet established deadlines and work under pressure in a challenging, dynamic, and fast-paced work environment.
o Experienced in managing a diversified workforce of blue-collar and white collar.
o Excellent command of spoken and written Arabic and English is required.
o Ability to access Makah and Madinah is highly preferred
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
o A dynamic person who is able and ready to travel frequently across Saudi Arabia
