Project: This is a commercial building project in Baner, Pune, with a building configuration basement (parking & services), ground floor (retail, main entrance lobby, and creche) and 11 floors (Office). The total height of the building would be 75m. It will only be a PMC service.
Your responsibilities will include:

Participating in strategic project/programme planning, project appraisal, site appraisal/ evaluation.

Preparing detailed project plan, confirming any amendments, undertakings and revising.

Managing, monitoring, and reporting on key aspects of a project (e.g. management of cost, value, risk, logistics, good neighbour, safety, quality, M&E, environmental impact).

Monitoring and updating project schedules to ensure timely delivery of each critical element.

Being ensured that project budgets are managed.

Ensuring all statutory undertakings are obtained.

Ensuring project phasing plans, programmes and schedules are prepared and implemented.

Ensuring close out schedules are completed and issued.

Contributing to key aspects of business management, e.g. assessment of capabilities, financial management, resource planning

Incorporating HSE into all processes.
About you
You will have a degree qualification in civil engineering and be a member of a professional body. You have ‘High rise building experience including leading a green field commercial (office) project from start to handover of size 2 million Sqft.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You have experience in managing major construction projects, including retail and commercial projects within a consultancy industry and be poised to expand your own horizons, those of our clients and of our ambitious people alike.
