Job Description:**Company Overview:**

**Position Description: Project Coordinator**
The Project Coordinator at Milango will serve as a pivotal liaison between clients, Account Managers, and Engineering teams. Responsibilities encompass meticulous documentation of meeting proceedings, articulation of user stories within Jira, oversight of content uploads, management of the customer care inbox, and diligent monitoring of project progression. This role is integral to ensuring precise translation of requirements, timely project completion, and effective communication amongst all relevant stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
A. **Client Request Documentation and User Story Development:**
* Attend client meetings and generate structured, actionable records.
* Translate client requirements into detailed user stories, incorporating explicit acceptance criteria.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation within Jira, ensuring updates are reflected during sprint reviews.
B. **Project Planning and Execution:**
* Support Account Managers in the formulation of project plans.
* Monitor project milestones, interdependencies, and deadlines.
* Provide consistent status updates to internal teams and clients.
C. **Coordination and Stakeholder Management:**
* Facilitate internal synchronization across Operations, Product, and Technology departments.
* Ensure engineers receive clear and actionable task assignments.
* Escalate impediments to Account Managers as required.
D. **Customer Care Inbox Management and Issue Tracking:**
* Assume ownership of the customer care inbox, ensuring timely resolution of all tickets on a daily basis.
* Identify and escalate urgent issues within a two-hour timeframe.
* Incorporate recurring issues into the backlog for review.
E. **Content Management and Platform Updates:**
* Upload and verify content updates on client applications.
* Conduct thorough testing of all modifications prior to deployment.
F. **Sprint Meeting Documentation and Backlog Administration:**
* Record detailed notes during sprint meetings and update corresponding user stories.
* Maintain a current backlog, incorporating all client-reported issues.
G. **Reporting and Documentation:**
* Maintain up-to-date client progress reports.
* Provide weekly reports to Account Managers and the Head of Operations.
**Reporting Structure:**
* Reports directly to: Account Manager / Head of Operations.
Skills:
Job Specifications
● Bachelor’s degree
● 0-2 years of hands-on experience in the same field of expertise
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office
● Attention to detail and organizational skills
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working Hours
● Standard working hours are from 9:00–10:00 AM to 5:00–6:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday
● Work is fully office-based
