Job Description :

Create Tickets & inform clients with tickets’ numbers.Open Work orders from inside the tickets and assign it to the account’s engineer.Insert the spare parts needed for each ticket in the work order as informed from the account’s engineer.Match the delivered items in the work order to the original spare parts insertedFollow up executing all the work orders with the operation teams.Close all the tickets on ERP and accordingly close the work orders after completing the delivery from the account’s engineer and issue the sales orders draftsFollow up tickets status operation teams.Deliver the spare parts on the work order and transfer it from the Engineers inventories according to logsCollect all PM/CM logs from all involved parties.Issue draft invoices and submit to PM for review.

Job Requirements :

BA degree in Administration, Arts, or equivalents.Very good user of MS Office, specially MS Excel.Excellent in English (writing & speaking)High time management and organization skills.High communication skillsPunctual and disciplined
