Job Description
The Roaming Program Manager will be part of an energetic team to develop and execute Strategic Roaming Programme. This is a 6 months short-term role.
- Build end to end Roaming Programme with the aim to deliver superior Roaming experience and quality for roaming visitors
- Drive transformational change across the business, ensuring on time delivery of programme milestones
- Optimise roaming performance through strong commercial management, ensuring business value is delivered & competitive advantage is maintained
- Develop and manage internal & external stakeholder relationships
- Simplify business processes driving efficiency & effectiveness
- Manage multiple business requirements through to a speedy resolution whilst delivering optimal business results & ensuring compliance to all policies
- Monitor cross-functional dependencies, identify any bottlenecks, and visualize progress
- Anticipate and manage issues and risks
Skills
Qualifications & Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree a must (Preferably in Engineering)
- Minimum of 9-10 years of experience in Roaming management for a medium to large scale project
- Excellent Project Management Skills & Abilities
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Strong Stakeholder Management
