Job Description:**الخيار:**
The incumbent will be responsible for the comprehensive management of dental education programs and courses, encompassing logistical coordination, stakeholder communication, and diligent follow-up with both internal and external parties. This includes serving as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders, overseeing the shipment, tracking, delivery, collection, and return of course materials. Furthermore, the role involves actively promoting 360 Academy programs to drive registration, organizing in-person events such as courses, study clubs, and clinical workshops, and providing support in the coordination of dental webinars. The incumbent will also be responsible for communicating updates, briefs, and timelines to participants, establishing production deadlines for course materials, ensuring timely and accurate material delivery, arranging event venues, inviting potential leads, managing inventory, and handling printed marketing materials for 360 Academy and other related events.
