Production supervisor |AMW | Kalutara
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Labour allocation at the starting point of the shift and monitoring performance of shift employees.
- Ensuring planned production is achieved during shift within the quality parameters.
- Handling and maintaining the records of tools of Production and PPE on a daily basis.
- Following up on Health & Safety Guidelines.
- Maintaining production-related documents.
- Following up and acting to align daily operations with Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs).
- Supporting to the production managers to manage the department in effectively and efficiently
Skills
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Successfully completed NDT/HND/NDES in Production Engineering.
- Qualification in Polymer & Rubber would be added advantage.
- Minimum 2 year’s of experience in rubber manufacturing industry.
- Sound Communication Skills.
- Strong leadership with driving workforce.
