Responsibilities:

1. Materials Requirement Planning (MRP):

• Develop and execute materials requirement planning strategies to

ensure availability of required materials for production.

• Analyze production schedules, sales forecasts, and inventory levels to determine accurate material requirements.

• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained.

•Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials

and resolve any potential shortages or delays.

2. Production Planning:

• Develop production plans and schedules based on sales forecasts,

customer orders, and available resources.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure production plans are

aligned with overall objectives.

• Monitor production progress and identify potential bottlenecks or

issues that may impact production schedules.

• Implement strategies to optimize production efficiency, minimize

downtime, and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect and analyze data related to production, material consumption,and inventory levels to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide insights on

production performance, material Usage and inventory management.

• Make data-driven recommendations

For process improvements, cost Reduction and inventory Optimization.

4. Continuous Improvement:

• Continuously evaluate and improve planning processes and systems to Enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Collaborate with cross-functional Teams to implement lean

Manufacturing principles and Optimize production flows.

• Participate in continuous Improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to drive operational excellence.
