Job Description:**The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience in sheet metal forming, including presses, bending, and drawing machines. Responsibilities include overseeing and optimizing mechanical production processes, developing and maintaining preventative maintenance schedules, collaborating on manufacturing workflow improvements, analyzing production data for process optimization, troubleshooting mechanical issues, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting new product introduction, training and mentoring staff, preparing technical documentation, and assisting in equipment sourcing and evaluation.**
