Production Manager

Job Description :

  Work Closely with senior design staff to do production accordingly  Prepare AUTO CAD drawings 2d for production with full sizes and details for production.  Prepare cutting list / Cutting drawings for production team.  Prepare 3D Models reflecting the item design, fabrics and wood finishes for client approvals.  Prepare samples for each materials for client approval.  Get Client/Designer approvals to proceed production accordingly.  Prepare Bill of quantities reflecting the scope work and progress.  Ordering materials for production according to approved drawings and materials.  Manage the production daily target to meet projects dead line.  Managing the labors productivity and efficiency and over time controlling.  Closely controlling the production process and quality assurance.  Ensuring complete control of the Production according to detailed drawings and references.  Preparation of Estimation & Quotations.  Checking and responding to Machines and tools requirements.  Maintain the clean and safe work space all the time at factory.  Reporting to the General Manager with daily progress for management review.

Proven experience as production directorDeep knowledge of production managementUnderstanding of quality standards and health & safety regulationsKnowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting conceptsExperience in reporting on key production metricsProficient in MS Office and ERP softwareOutstanding communication abilityExcellent organizational and leaderships skillsAttention to detailStrong decision-making skills and a results-driven approachBSc/Ba in business administration or relevant field is preferred
