Production Manager

–         Direct and control all production employees to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry their responsibilities to the required standards.

–         Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule;

–         Ensure that the production is cost effective;

–         Ensure Production KPI’s and throughput objectives are met.

–         Estimate costs and set the quality standards;

–         Be responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment;

–         Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs;

–         Develop and implement all necessary policies and procedures to ensure that the production functions achieve their business objectives.

–         Maintain all necessary records to ensure effective monitoring of the production process.

–         Resolving the clients problems resulting from manufacturing

–         Dispatch confirmed orders to contactors, and follow up on timeline and deadline.

–         Check quality and approve finished items

–         Prepare quotations for customized items to customers

–         Meet clients at the plant or on sites and collect information for customization as required.

–         Ensure that weekly/monthly reports as required.

–         Communicate effectively production targets and priorities to production team.
