Job Description:**الخيار:**
* Supervise and monitor production progress from order placement through shipment execution. Coordinate interdepartmental activities between production, quality control, logistics, and export functions. Provide timely order status updates to internal stakeholders and external clients. Identify, track, and report production delays or emergent issues, and propose mitigation strategies. Maintain meticulous records of order details, production schedules, and delivery timelines. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and availability of raw materials for production requirements. Support the sales department with post-order communications and issue resolution.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in production follow-up, export coordination, or supply chain (textiles or manufacturing sector preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of rugs, carpets, or home textiles production processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
