المسؤوليات
- توجيه مشغلي خطوط خلط مركبات PVC لضمان سير عمليات الإنتاج على النحو الأمثل.
- إجراء الاختبارات اللازمة على المواد للتأكد من مطابقتها لمعايير الجودة والسلامة المعتمدة.
- تخطيط جداول الإنتاج والطلبات لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد والاستغلال الكفء للموارد.
- مراجعة وضبط إعدادات الآلات للحفاظ على جودة المنتج.
- المساعدة في الإشراف على عمليات الإنتاج وحل المشكلات الطارئة بالتنسيق مع مدير الكيمياء.
- تحديد المشكلات المتعلقة بالجودة واستكشاف أسبابها، وتنفيذ الحلول التصحيحية اللازمة على الفور.
- إعداد تقارير مفصلة ودقيقة من خلال جمع وتحليل البيانات ذات الصلة.
- الحفاظ على تحديث صحائف البيانات، وصحائف بيانات سلامة المواد (MSDS)، وغيرها من الوثائق ذات الصلة بشكل منتظم.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح الصناعية ومعايير الجودة المعمول بها.
- التعاون الفعال مع المشغلين وأعضاء الفريق الآخرين لتحسين عمليات الإنتاج.
- العمل باستقلالية وكجزء من فريق في بيئة تصنيع سريعة الوتيرة.
- مواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية والعمليات الجديدة في هذا المجال.
- تنفيذ المهام الأخرى ذات الصلة حسب توجيهات الإدارة.
- المساهمة في تطوير وتصنيع مركبات PVC جديدة بالتعاون مع فريق البحث والتطوير.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience, including internships in a manufacturing or laboratory setting preferred plastic or PVC manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for conducting tests, analyzing data, and generating accurate reports.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment, particularly in testing plastic materials.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with operators.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and report generation.
- Ability to create and update data sheets, MSDS, and other technical documents.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and quality standards.
- Must be a resident of 10th of Ramadan City, Sharqia.
- Preferred women candidates will be considered for this role, as per the company’s policy or preference.
- Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods and engage in physical activities such as walking.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Experience in quality control and assurance in a manufacturing setting.
