Job Description:**Subject: Product Manager Position – Mindware FZ-LLC**

**Overview:**

Mindware FZ-LLC is seeking a Product Manager to be based in Dubai, AE (Req ID: 2017). The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales growth of assigned products through strategic planning and the cultivation of robust vendor partnerships. This includes optimizing sales volumes, managing vendor relations, acquiring new partnerships, and coordinating marketing initiatives in accordance with Solution Teams’ objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Define and implement product strategy and roadmaps for designated product lines.
* Manage the complete product lifecycle from inception to obsolescence.
* Collaborate with Sales Managers across all territories to identify and develop appropriate channel strategies.
* Conduct market research, including customer interactions, to define market requirements for current and future products.
* Manage vendor relationships in accordance with corporate strategy.
* Identify and engage potential partners for product offerings.
* Generate and manage complex quotations.
* Ensure accurate inventory management through diligent stock control processes.
* Oversee the implementation of targeted marketing programs and activities.
* Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts and market development reports aligned with business objectives.
* Provide exceptional support to partners, responding promptly and effectively to customer needs.
* Contribute to building a robust customer database and expanding the customer base.
* Maintain and grow sales across the entire product line to achieve long-term revenue and profitability goals.
* Promote the company and its products within the region.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is required.
* A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience is essential.
* Background in IT distribution or on the vendor side is preferred.
* Practical experience with servers, storage, and networking technologies is necessary.
* Established relationships with System Integrators in the UAE are highly desirable.
* B2C experience is considered an asset.
