The Product Manager position is responsible for developing the best experience for jobseekers using the Bayt.com product across web, m-web and mobile app platforms.

- Understand our customers and business and find opportunities to build 0 to 1 experiences
- Adopt a structured approach to identify what problems need to be solved and break them down into smaller chunks
- Work closely with the engineering, design, and marketing teams to prioritize, execute, and launch impactful products.
- Own and manage product roadmap for your area
- Own and manage key metrics related to jobseeker acquisition and engagement for Bayt.com
- Collaborating with the engineering team on tech-specs and ensuring that all technical decisions are taken, keeping in mind all short-term and long-term tradeoffs
- Ability to structure features/functionalities into backlogs, roadmaps, releases, sprints, track, manage and communicate the progress to stakeholders
- Experience working on one or more analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.
- Passion for well-designed products. You have an eye for design and are eager to collaborate with designers to deliver the best possible user experience
- Experience in working remotely with teams across multiple locations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Overall 2-4 years of experience in product management, preferably with subscription products and mobile apps
- Prior experience working in B2C internet companies, SEO, and mobile apps is a plus
