Role responsibilities:Design quality, engaging responsive and interactive Mobile apps, Internal dashboards, websitesOptimize existing user interface designsTest for intuitively and experienceA/B testing designs with users Create and design storyboards, interactive page layouts, site grids, wireframes, interface and demosDefend design choices using previous user research, heuristics and usability standardsDevelop and maintain visual design standards and best practicesParticipate and provide input in brainstorming and idea-sharing meetingsCollaborate closely with product managers, development to take features from business requirements to put in action Communicate the intended user experience through artifacts such as concept maps and models, mockups, prototype, storyboards, wireframes, workflow and design specification.
Job Requirements :
Personal RequirementsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual communication, or related fieldKnowledge in emerging design & UX/UI trendsKnowledge in the Adobe Creative Suite primarily in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/XD/FigmaAbility to successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environmentOnline portfolio of workProven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high pressure on-call environment with changing priorities.Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours+7 years of experience in the same field is a plus.UI design portfolio.
