Procurement Specialist

About the Role:ARAK is looking for an active and motivated Procurement Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in the same field, preferably in the lighting industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.Key Responsibilities: Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules. Prepare purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation of all procurement activities. Coordinate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs and requirements. Maintain supplier database and monitor supplier performance. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and standards. Track and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking. Follow up on deliveries and resolve any issues with suppliers.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement (lighting field experience preferred). Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP system is a must. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong knowledge of procurement systems and MS Office (especially Excel). Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Preferably based in Riyadh.Work Schedule: Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour break) Days off: Friday and Saturday
