Job Description
– Miscellaneous tasks to support the manager. E.g.: Delivering the goods/ receiving the deliveries, following up with suppliers on deliveries etc.
-Handling any important deliveries as required.
-Sourcing goods worldwide
-Looking for the local suppliers for the required items.
-Purchasing the required goods from the local suppliers and deliver it to our stocks.
– Managing data base and filing system.
– Typing, compiling, preparing reports and filing expenses
– Reminding manager for important tasks and deadlines
– Handling incoming calls and other communication
– Recording information as needed
– Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing
– Resolve office related malfunctions
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established properties
– Monitor level of supplies
– Regular check on inventories
Skills
-Computer (Internet , Excel & Word)
-Communications
-Negotiations
-Arabic and English speaker
-Driving license
-Knowledge of Jeddah city and places of the suppliers.
