Job Description:**Option 1 (Focus on Responsibilities):**
“The incumbent will be responsible for leading and managing process improvement initiatives across departments to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality; designing, implementing, and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with operational and strategic goals; analyzing production data and processes to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency gains; planning and executing energy, water, and utility-saving projects with measurable and sustainable impact; collaborating with engineering, production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure process changes are aligned and well-integrated; conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective/preventive actions to address inefficiencies or losses; promoting a culture of continuous improvement and employee involvement; preparing regular reports and presentations for management on progress, results, and opportunities; analyzing process data to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, reduce scrap and rework, and drive sustainable improvements; fostering a culture of continuous improvement through employee engagement, hands-on training, and structured problem-solving; reviewing and maintaining accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure updates reflect actual material usage and process changes; leading training programs for operators, supervisors, and technicians to strengthen process knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and adherence to standards; supporting trials and commissioning of new materials, equipment, and process upgrades; and ensuring compliance with applicable ISO standards and product-specific certifications (e.g., EN standards).”
