Job Description:**Principal Product Manager – Opportunity Overview**

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to LearnWith.AI’s innovative approach to education, focusing on the integration of AI and learning science to enhance student outcomes. The Principal Product Manager will be responsible for the following:

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **BrainLift Architecture:** Develop and maintain a robust knowledge ecosystem, integrating domain expertise with artificial intelligence capabilities to inform organizational decision-making.
* **Rapid Impact Cycles:** Implement rapid product iterations based on data-driven OODA loops, identifying learning challenges, deploying solutions efficiently, and measuring the impact on student success.

**Role Exclusions:**

This role will **not** involve:

* Traditional roadmap management or feature definition; the focus is on outcomes, not outputs.
* Implementing solutions lacking deep domain expertise; learning science expertise is paramount.
* Lengthy development cycles; improvements are deployed weekly.
* Technical architecture decisions, which are handled by the engineering team.

**Required Qualifications:**

* A minimum of four years of product leadership experience, demonstrating strategic vision and hypothesis-driven product strategy.
* Proven success in launching a product from inception to significant revenue generation (>$1M).
* Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing AI tools for analysis, research, and strategic planning.

**Compensation and Employment:**

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term independent contractor position. The compensation is $100 USD per hour, equivalent to $200,000 USD annually (assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year), paid on a weekly basis. This position is available immediately.
