Job Description:**Responsibilities:**

The incumbent will provide expert technical leadership and strategic guidance to clients across diverse industries in the definition and execution of Generative AI (Gen AI) strategies that are aligned with their overarching business objectives. This includes the design and implementation of innovative AI-driven products, such as customer personalization tools, demand forecasting systems, dynamic pricing solutions, and operational automation capabilities. Furthermore, the incumbent will lead the development, deployment, and monitoring of Gen AI/ML models, with a strong emphasis on MLOps, operational scalability, and comprehensive model lifecycle management. The role requires leveraging Gen AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), to address industry-specific challenges such as supply chain optimization, risk assessment, predictive maintenance, and enhanced customer engagement. Effective communication of AI strategies, opportunities, and potential risks to senior executives and cross-functional teams is paramount. The incumbent is also responsible for ensuring that all AI solutions are fair, explainable, and aligned with responsible AI practices, while working closely with legal and compliance teams to navigate relevant industry regulations. A commitment to staying abreast of industry trends, emerging Gen AI technologies, and evolving regulatory landscapes is essential. The incumbent will contribute to pre-sales activities, including client presentations, product demonstrations, and the preparation of responses to RFPs/RFIs. In addition, the role involves acting as a driving force in the development and expansion of the Middle East Practice footprint in collaboration with broader Data leadership teams. Expertise in Gen AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and advanced AI applications, is required, along with a strong understanding of AI/ML tools and platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, MLFlow, and Streamlit. Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like Airflow, Plotly Dash, or similar tools is also necessary. A proven track record of implementing responsible AI practices, addressing bias, and ensuring model explainability is expected, coupled with strong communication skills enabling the translation of complex AI concepts into actionable insights for senior business leaders. Familiarity with AI regulatory frameworks is also required, as is experience in pre-sales or supporting sales teams. Arabic language proficiency is considered an advantage.
