Job Description

Primarily provides pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of fixed telecommunication devices (CPE’s, Routers & Smart Home) including ICT products/applications/solutions and telecommunications fixed products.

  • Uses in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Assists the Sales Account Manager in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and may prepare detailed BOQ according to the customer requirements.
  • Upselling and cross selling of CPE’s, router, Smart Home Solutions and ICT products [TD1] 
  • Create Detailed design and implementation specifications against the customer requirements .
  • Adapt and customize presentations to the requirements of a particular opportunity
  • Coordination with vendor and distributor to maintain the product partnerships
  • Provide product training to the sales team to ensure they are knowledgeable .
  • Acquisition and understanding of new products and conduct the training with end customers for up sells .
  • Acquire additional certifications to upgrade the product partnership
  • Ability to work under pressure and work on multiple projects
  • Proven ability to demonstrate ICT solutions including fixed telco products and execute successful proof of concept plans
  • Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
