With us you will:

  • Strive for Continuous Innovation in Products and Processes to deliver increasing share of Market in High-Mid Value Prepay Segments.
  • Own the Product Go to Market and effectively manage Stakeholders such as Product team, Channel operations, and Marketing Communications for flawless execution.
  • Monitor Competition activities and benchmarking to ensure market reaction time is near instantaneous and always ensure parity on Product.
  • Responsible for Customer ARPU upgrades by managing below the High Value Outbound and Inbound campaigns.
  • To launch Loyalty program for delivering High Value customer engagement and reduce churn. Liaise with campaign team to optimize campaign execution and ensure that campaign capabilities roadmap support Prepay CVM priorities.
  • Guide the Analytics Team on defining the behavioral models in support of the High Value CVM strategy along with reporting required for daily CVM operations.
  • Performs related tasks consistent with skills and abilities and general responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
