Job Description:**Responsibilities Encompass:**

Possessing comprehensive technical expertise regarding the organization’s product portfolio, coupled with continuous monitoring of relevant industry trends and technological advancements; proactively engaging with prospective clientele to ascertain technical requisites and prevailing business obstacles; formulating and presenting persuasive technical demonstrations, presentations, and proposals that effectively articulate the value proposition of the organization’s offerings; collaborating with product development divisions to customize solutions to fulfill specific client requirements, ensuring adherence to technical capabilities; furnishing pre-sales technical support, including addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns pertaining to product functionality and compatibility; conducting product knowledge transfer sessions to empower sales teams with a robust understanding of technical facets, thereby enabling effective communication of product advantages; collaborating with clients on the design and execution of Proof of Concept initiatives to validate the efficacy of proposed solutions; generating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including proposals, case studies, and technical specifications; maintaining awareness of competitor offerings and prevailing market dynamics to strategically position the organization’s product portfolio.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) is often preferred.
  • Proven experience in a technical role, such as software engineering, system administration, or technical support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly language.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and the ability to work collaboratively with sales teams.
