Job Description:Assume responsibility for the development, maintenance, and monitoring of HVAC project schedules, ensuring concordance with project milestones, resource allocation, and client specifications; meticulously track progress against baseline schedules, analyze deviations, and recommend and implement corrective measures; coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and technical personnel to facilitate the punctual execution of project activities; generate look-ahead schedules, progress reports, and forecasting instruments to bolster project control and informed decision-making; proactively identify potential delays, risks, and constraints within the project timeline, and formulate mitigation strategies; liaise with procurement and supply chain departments to harmonize material availability with project schedules; spearhead resource planning and manpower allocation in collaboration with operations and human resources departments; engage in contract review and project initiation meetings to delineate scope and planning prerequisites; ensure adherence to established planning procedures and documentation protocols in accordance with corporate policies and industry best practices; contribute to budget planning and cost containment through integration with scheduling software and progress tracking mechanisms; proficiently utilize project management software including Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel-based dashboards; and furnish senior management with periodic updates and strategic analyses to facilitate comprehensive project performance evaluation.
