Job Description:**رسمي:**
The position necessitates the development and maintenance of comprehensive project schedules utilizing software such as Primavera P6 and/or MS Project. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating with project managers, engineers, and contractors to collect scheduling data and updates. Responsibilities also include monitoring project advancement, generating periodic progress reports, identifying potential risks and delays, and recommending appropriate mitigation strategies. Furthermore, the role entails assisting with resource allocation planning and workload forecasting, ensuring the accuracy and alignment of all planning documentation with project objectives, supporting project change management and claims processes, and serving as a liaison with clients and stakeholders regarding project timelines and progress.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- [7+] years of experience in project planning.
- Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Familiarity with budgeting and cost control is an advantage.
