Job Description
- Ensure prompt addressal of calls, messages, emails, and other correspondences.
- Track the touring requirements and costs of the company’s employees with the help of relevant reporting tools and software.
- Coordinate with relevant personnel for the timely arrangement of meetings to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.
- Answer telephone calls and handle in appropriate manner.
- Build the company’s reputation by greeting customers, clients, and visitors in a cordial, charming, and helpful manner.
Skills
- Good communication skills.
- Good command of team collaboration and listening skills to maintain a friendly work atmosphere.
- Computer literate in all MS Office software.
- Exhibiting commendable soft skills with an innate understanding of the realistic challenges in specific tasks.
- Must be well versed with Microsoft Office tools.
- Adept at managing several tasks in a prescribed timeframe using strategic methods and a well-defined timetable.
Other Requirement-
