Ideal candidate should be able to able to set-up the company presence in Egypt and support the Egypt CEO efforts, this includes but not limited to setting the main office; furniture, equipments, utilities, …etc. As well as managing the company investors under the supervision of the CEO.The candidate should be dynamic, easy to move, love to call and negotiate, details oriented and ready to do the needed work to meet deadlines.As a Personal Assistant, you will be at the heart of the business. Working alongside the CEO, you will prove invaluable in helping support him with the day-to-day running of the business with administrative and secretarial work.As an investor relations coordinator or IR coordinator, you will be the the primary contact for communication and release of quarterly earnings reports or other information to a client base. You will maintain contact with the investment community on the analysis and performance of a company. You will work as part of a team with administrative partners. The work is demanding especially during busy periods. Strong communication and time management skills are imperative. Qualifications for an IR coordinator include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, or a related field. RESPONSIBILITIES:The main purpose of this role is to free the CEO time from organizing and administrative tasks so that he can spend maximum time on strategic tasks. Responsibilities typically include:Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence, meetings, phone calls, emails,…etc.Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive.Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodationorganizing events and conferences.Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlinestyping, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.Managing databases and filing systems.Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systemsliaising with staff, suppliers and clients.Collating and filing expenses.Miscellaneous tasks to support the CEO, which will vary according to the sector and to the  CEO remit, i.e. completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research.Receive, respond, call and manage all investor’s related tasks.Prepare, document and follow up on the board and investors’ meetings.

Job Requirements :

KEY SKILLS :Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information.Flexibility and adaptability.Good oral and written communication skills (English an Arabic) is a must.Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.Tact and diplomacy.Communication skills.A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.At least 6 years experience as a Personal Assistant to CEO or GM.At least 3 years experience as an Investor’s management position is a must.Female is a must
