This is an exciting position for a motivated business professional with a strong personality, and significant time management capabilities to join our dynamic consulting team. This is a position of a Personal Assistant to the CEO. This role typically includes day-to-day exposure to a diverse range of clients and industries in a progressive, challenging and supportive environment.
As a Personal Assistant you are expected to highly manage a diverse portfolio of activities and play a leadership role within the company. This is a key role with world-class expectations to make a real impact during an exciting expansion phase of the business.

Responsibilities:

Screening telephone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager
Taking dictation and minutes
Carrying out background research and presenting findings
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well-prepared for meetings
Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
Deputizing for the manager, making decisions and delegating work to others in the manager’s absence
Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc.
Arranging travel & accommodation and occasionally travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.

Job Requirements :

Relevant experience and administrative knowledge
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent word processing skills, including knowledge of spreadsheets and presentation software packages
Honesty and reliability
Excellent organizational skills
The ability to work on your own initiative and to extremely tight deadlines
Exceptional attention to small details
Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines
An understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion.
