This Dubai based company is looking for a hardworking female PA/Office Manager to join their team. Your responsibilities shall include but are not limited to:
- Assisting the Managing Director with daily visitors, meetings, correspondence and preparation of general documents;
- Attending meetings together or on behalf of the MD;
- Managing operations and requirements of the office in Singapore.
- Other day to day office activities such as Purchase Orders, ticket bookings, travel management for the MD.
Skills
Requirements:
- Should be willing to travel to Singapore as and when required;
- Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills with fast typing speed;
- Knowledgeable with Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook…);
- Hardworking and trustworthy;
- Sense of urgency and able to work on a fast paced environment.
- Previous experience in similar role.
- Fluency in Russian language although not mandatory is an advantage.
