We are a brand and retailer for women’s shoes , handbags, cloths based in Dubai and operating mainly online. .
We are looking for a female brand assistant to the manager that reside in Dubai or Sharjah, that can help the manager in day to day tasks and to grow the business to the next level.
Job requirement:
- Good organization skills required to arrange workshop, office, material, and documents in proper ways.
- Some level of Experience in Fashion/ retail/ e-commerce/ tailoring/ shoe business/ finance/ sales or equivalent is required.
- Order fulfillment: can receive order and order the shipping though our shipping company. And deal with any issues in that regards.
- Able to go to market to buy/ source materials upon request from manager can locate areas in Dubai/ Sharjah and Ajman. driving license and a car is a must have.
- Financial acumen: can keep good spending and saving records
- Verbal Communication skills: can communicate effectively with suppliers / customers on phone in English
- Written communication skills: can communicate effectively by email in English
- Has basic Knowledge in Microsoft excel and Word and powerpoint.
- Has an entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude, Can identify Good business opportunities when seeing it and inform the manager on new ideas or business deals.
- Eager to grow the brand to new levels.
- Assist the manager in all tasks required.
- Good negotiator on behalf of the manager when required.
Work nature:
- As a personal assistant, the candidate is required to be available upon the request of the manager.
- Work time is Monday to Thursday, work is flexible as long as 8 hours has passed or task of the day is done .
- Remote working is possible depending on tasks at hand.
- This job requires mobility and going to market. Therefore a car and driving license is required. Petrol cost will be payed for by the business.
- Knowing English language is a most/ knowing Arabic or Indian is a plus.
Type of contract , Temporary for 2 months. extendable.
Monthly Salary: 3000 AED
