Job Description :

Manages the arrangement and appointments agenda of the CEO in all meetings.Organizes daily work related to CEO office.Reviewing correspondence and transactions delivered to CEO office and directing them to the correct workflow.Attending executive meetings with CEO, take mom, follow up on any tasks related to CEO and also attend some meetings on behalf of the CEO if required.Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO’s office and internal departments.Attend meetings to compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings as needed.Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.Organizes& prepares travel arrangements of CEO in terms of all bookings.Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.Observing best business practices and etiquette.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in administration or equivalent. Very good to excellent English language (Oral, speaking & written)Experience with Microsoft Office Apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT., etc.)2-4 years of experience in the same position.Females only are preferred.Core Skills:Attention to details.High communication skillsHigh time managementActive listener.
