Job Description :

 Arrange for all meetings of board of DirectorsWrite minutes and follow up all relevant assignments and instructionsReceive all e-mails sent to CEOs, follow up with CEOs and/or all departments in charge and make sure all emails are dealt with in a timely manner Receive certain assignments, handle with several departments and present final results in reports.Act as a liaison between CEOs, department/division managers/directors regional offices managersResponsible for all meetings rooms bookingsResponsible for the keeping the CEOs rooms meetings rooms clean and tidy at all times.Responsible for all CEOs travel arrangements, plane ticketing, accommodation, meetings agendas …etcResponsible for all CEOs credit cards settlements, payments, renewals..etc.Internal and external arrangements for company visitors.Support other Senior Management staff on other projects as needed.Projects partMonitor and track the project’s progress and handle any issues that ariseCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reportsDevelop comprehensive reports on ongoing projects and submit summary reports to management monthly.Ensure project deadlines are met.Determine project changes.Create a project management calendar to fulfill each goal and objective.Help prepare project proposals, time-frames, schedule and budgetProvide a timely response to all requests and inquiries.
