About the Role:For this role; you will be responsible for leading a team of performance marketing executives with various technical backgrounds (Google Search & Display, Apple Search Ads, Social Media Paid campaigns, Retargeting platforms, Programmatic, Native Ads, etc…). You will be accountable for the performance of the team and the efficiency of all digital marketing campaigns running for our clients. You will need to partner with Account Management, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure our client servicing is at the highest level. You will also be the go-to person for developing go-to-market strategies, developing of RFP responses, and all new trends in digital marketing. Responsible for developing best practices through the lens of performance clients and driving growth in their sales. You will also be required to have deep knowledge of App marketing and familiarity with MMPs, integrations, and tracking tools.Responsibilities Lead a multidisciplinary team to develop, execute, optimize, and own our performance campaigns across all different channels (Google, Apple, Meta, Snap, TikTok, Programmatic, Twitter, etc…)Partner with the Account Management team to gather client requirements and insightsPartner with the Design team to execute the creative direction and receive appropriate assets as per the planOngoing optimization of acquisition & retargeting strategies across all channelsDevelop solely tracking dashboards for internal and external stakeholders or partner with BI team for more advanced reportingWork with Data & Analytics team for new tagging setups or optimizations required (Tag Manager experience required, Adjust MMP experience required)Set KPIs & OKRs for the teamWork on development plans & performance enhancements plans for team membersResearch competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement

Job Requirements :

Bachelor of Business/ Marketing  / Digital Communication or equivalent. 7+ years of experience with online and digital communications. Experience leading a small marketing team is requiredBroad expertise and experience in the latest digital technologies and solutions. Excellent English & Arabic speaking and writing skills. Ability to develop and execute digital strategy based on user experience and social community management skills. Enthusiasm for digital trends and desire to identify relevant opportunities for brand involvement.Social media expert on all social media channels, especially LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.Expertise in digital and social media KPIs, benchmarking, and analytics. Deep knowledge of and expertise in PPC / Google Ads, SEO, HTML, Adobe Analytics, and SEM.Experience in managing budgets and overseeing the collaboration with vendors.Familiar with processes like briefing, creative testing, working with copywriting teams, etc.You are naturally gifted and performance-driven, a creative problem solver with a passion for social media marketing and a keen interest in data and analysis. The goal here is to optimize Ad exposure and outdo competition while staying within budgets!
