Job Description
- Measuring all the essential parameters related to the organization’s payment-related obligations like incentives, deductions, commissions, etc.
- Develop timely reporting of all the accounting functions through clear and concise documentation for regular evaluation.
- Solve issues regarding existing employee payrolls by collaborating with the relevant individuals in the company.
- Developing a streamlined payroll process to execute all employee financial transactions and payments effectively.
- Accurately entering, updating and maintaining all salary data, salary revision figures and bonus figures in relevant system.
- Conveying up-to-date information about changes in the payroll of employees and providing clear answers in case of any doubts.
Skills
- A Bachelor’s degree holder in the field of Finance or Accounting specialization.
- Proven work experience as a Payroll specialist.
- English Language Proficiency is essential
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of digital payroll software and tools like QuickBooks, Gusto, OnPay, ADP, and other relevant solutions.
