Job Description
We are national distributor for some of the leading heavy equipment brands and a provider of bespoke power solutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As part of our growing need to support our customers in Duba region we have a need for a Parts Supervisor. This requirement is for our branch in Duba. Preference is for Saudi Nationals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervises daily activities of the parts department
- Managing and achieving Parts sales target according to plan & Developing Parts sales volumes in the designated region
- Generate various report related to parts operation like, Open Sales Order, Sales Order Stock, MTD parts sales etc
- Make sure the parts team always stick to the SOP (Standard Operating Procedures). Ensure that the quotations, sales orders and application of customer discounts or special prices are performed as per the SOPs.
- Follow-up on Parts back-orders so that customers receive timely information on the status of back-ordered Parts and ensure that such parts are delivered to the customer on the promised date.
- Assign, deliver and monitor team trainings.
- Ensure that all customer queries are addressed and recommendations are made regarding companion parts and new solutions recommended by OEMs.
- Ensure customer complaint/s are addressed within the minimal time and customers are given the value for their spending.
Skills
Min. Qualification – Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline or equivalent
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ work experience in automotive or equipment spare parts especially Heavy Commercial Vehicles, Diesel Engines & Construction Equipment
- Ability to lead a team.
- Ability to read, analyse, and interpret OEM documentation
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
