Job Description :
Main Duties:Make regular visits to potential client to make new deals and present company profile.Follow up with clients.Approach new accounts.Demonstrating and presenting company profile.Maintaining relationships with key clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new business opportunities.Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.Build long-term relationships with new customers.Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products.
Job Requirements :
A university degree with a minimum of 2 year of construction field of experience.Very good communication skills.Negotiation skills.Well presented.Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.Willing to work outdoor.
