Job Description:Implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue objectives for over-the-counter (OTC) medical supplies, while diligently managing key stakeholder relationships, analyzing market dynamics, collaborating with marketing, monitoring performance metrics, providing comprehensive training, ensuring regulatory adherence, and representing the product line at industry events.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in OTC medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or medical supply distribution.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of OTC market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and supply chain logistics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools.
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 50%).
