Responsibilities Hire new staff of the VA departmentFollow up on training of new hires with the training SupervisorWork closely with new clients to make sure proper service is providedUnderstand fully clients’ business modelAlign with the CMO new clients needs to allocate VAs accordinglySupervise direct-reporting staff according to overall company policyApply strategic planning to determine department objectivesDevelop staff to maximize potentialMonitor staff performance including performance reviewsPlan and implement procedures and systems to maximize operational efficiencyFormulate department policies and practicesCoordinate financial and budget activities for maximum operational efficiencyFacilitate the preparation and analysis of reportsReview regularly performance data to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress, and activity levelsRequest frequent feedback from clientsCoach the team accordinglyMaintain internal HRIStrack team’s KPIsprovide a service that helps the partner scale and increase revenuedevelop a strategy that increases revenue for the partner
Job Requirements :
Fluent English5+ years of experience, at least two of which are in a leadership positionGraduate (or not currently studying)Good knowledge of Google SheetsTechnology literatePreferably admin-related backgroundHaving worked in a virtual setting is a plus (or WFH for a long time)Having marketing knowledge/experience is a MUST
