Job Description:**Assume responsibility for the oversight of integrated facilities management services, ensuring service delivery excellence and client satisfaction. Develop, implement, and enforce operational policies, procedures, and best practices that align with established organizational standards. Provide leadership, mentorship, and management to on-site teams, cultivating a culture of accountability and commitment to operational excellence. Coordinate with interdepartmental stakeholders to facilitate the prompt resolution of operational challenges and optimize the allocation of resources. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to promote continuous improvement and enhance operational efficiency. Ensure adherence to all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations across managed facilities. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, proactively addressing concerns and fostering a high degree of customer satisfaction. Prepare and present comprehensive operational reports, budgets, and financial forecasts to senior leadership. Champion commercial prudence by identifying opportunities for cost reduction and optimizing operational expenditures. Spearhead innovation in service delivery through the adoption of advanced technologies and process enhancements.**
Skills:
- Minimum of +8 year of experience in operations management, preferably within facilities management or a related field.
- Proficient leading staff of engineering
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder management.
- Proven track record of implementing operational improvements and achieving KPIs.
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic workplace arrangements.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental compliance standards.
- Proficiency in using operational management software and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills for budget management and performance analysis.
- Background in engineering is a MUST.
- Start immediately will be preferable.
