Job Description:**Job Summary:**
The organization seeks a highly skilled and strategically focused Operations Excellence Professional to spearhead operational improvement initiatives pertaining to real estate assets and master communities within the Operations Sector. The incumbent will be responsible for driving enhancements in quality, efficiency, and financial performance through the following activities:
**Responsibilities:**
Ensure the practicality, maintainability, and lifecycle performance alignment of infrastructure and asset designs.
Conduct field assessments and technical audits to identify operational inefficiencies, potential risks, and areas for improvement.
Lead the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical guidelines for operations personnel.
Establish and enforce rigorous quality control measures to ensure consistency, safety, and reliability throughout engineering and operational activities.
Develop scalable and compliant operational processes and procedures.
Monitor adherence to internal standards and external regulations, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Cultivate a culture of quality and continuous improvement across all operational functions.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops and awareness sessions to embed operational excellence principles.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategic objectives and execution plans.
Develop and manage budgets for operational improvement projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
Conduct financial analyses and lifecycle costing assessments to inform investment decisions and prioritize initiatives.
Monitor key performance indicators, resource utilization, and return on investment (ROI) to ensure measurable value delivery.
**Qualifications:**
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a closely related field.
A minimum of six (6) years of professional experience in facility operations, asset lifecycle planning, and operational excellence methodologies.
Demonstrated proficiency in budgeting, financial control, facilities cost budgeting, and business planning.
Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Assurance Principles and Facility Management Operations.
Proficiency in Asset Lifecycle Planning, Project Planning & Scheduling, and Workforce Planning.
Exceptional communication skills to facilitate effective planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
