Our client is a leading, KSA based Facilities Management Service Provider. They are currently seeking an Operations Director to help manage the facilities management service delivery for their KSA based operation. The role will be Riyadh. Candidates should be experienced in managing a blue collar team delivering Hard and Soft Facilities Management services. Candidates should be familiar with performance based contracts, containing KPIs and SLAs and have the ability to manage and oversee both delivery and the P&L so operational experience and commercial acumen is essential. In addition to this, candidates should have a good network in KSA and be able to develop client relationships and business leads to help generate new business opportunities. Requirements:
• Engineering degree
• Facilities Management or maintenance experience
• Knowledge and Understanding of performance based FM contracts containing KPIS and SLAs
• Experience of managing or overseeing a team
• Financial acumen (managing the P&L)
• Good communicator
