Interact with the company customers across the Middle East to generate and manage their orders, process order confirmations, invoice issuance while Liaising with client’s subsidiary companies in Europe, Latin America and Africa .
Keep track of company shipments and interact with the Shipping Line and Customers in order to ensure the cargoes are delivered to destination in a timely manner.

Interact with company customers across the Middle East to generate and manage their orders, process order confirmations, invoice issuance and update to company’s internal systems, keep records of the order process, provide updates to the customers on shipment progress.Managing the documentation process for the company’s shipments inbound to destinations across the Middle East, keep track of these shipments and interact with the Shipping Line and Customers in order to ensure the cargoes are delivered to destination in a timely manner. Deal directly with the shipping lines and customers to manage exceptions and incidents, bearing in mind at all times the nature of cargoes and the need for speed and swift decision making.Liaise with the organisation’s subsidiary companies in Europe, Latin America and Africa to place customer orders into their production schedules. Prepare internal reports on orders, shipping arrangements, budget compliance, exceptions, office administration and other matters as required.Manage claim processes with client internal and external and the shipping linesHandle the administrative matters of the company as pertain to licensing and interactions with local and international suppliers and service providers.
At least 5-8 years of experience – ideally within logistics/customer service/transport/shipping functionsExposure to customer service and logistics in Logistics, Shipping or Food companies ideally Must be Self motivated, Taking ownership of processes, Systematic approach to the roleProven expertise in Stakeholder management – External (coordinating within the different sections of the company globally/ being the point of contact for clients/customers, among others) and Internal Excellent communication skills
