Job Description :

Responsibilities:Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothlyManage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessaryPerform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone callsReceive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mailDevelop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriatelyIdentify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systemsProvide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports

Job Requirements :

3+ years of proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative AssistantProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workAttention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFluent English SpeakerStrong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environmentPresentable and punctualFemales OnlyLives in Heliopolis or Nasr City
